Because of their quick response they saved my puppies life. They were so helpful and informative I felt informed the entire time. The follow up care is my main reason for writing this review. I have received answers to every question I have had in a way I could understand and act on. 3 days later and they are still assisting me. I have already implemented changes in my dog's routine and diet. They sent all his paperwork, charts, invoice and labs via email for my records. The cost was reasonable, especially with insurance. If you don't have insurance, get it. If you think you can't afford it, you can't not afford it. If you are deciding which er to take your fury friend to, TAKE THEM HERE NOW. To their staff I am forever greatful, I will never forget what you did for my baby. Every staff member their is a compliment to their profession. I truly thank you. “ER4PETS really saved us on New Year's day! Over the holidays, my dog had been having gastrointestinal problems, but on New Year's Day it got really bad. ER4PETS was the only location open, so without knowing who they were, we raced our pup over. They were quick, attentive, and kind to both me (the stressed out emotional dog mom) and my sweet pup Ollie. They had him healed up and puppin' around within 12 hours. They even gave him a "Certificate of Bravery" for his time spent at the hospital. “I brought in my kitten after she was spayed and had a really bad infection due to her surgery. Her condition was really critical and Dr. Jones and her amazing team took a great care of her. Dr. Jones Immediately noticed what was going on with her and started her treatment. My cat would definitely have been dead without their accurate and timely diagnosis and i don’t think anyone else could save her other than Dr. Jones and her team. She was hospitalized there and the team kept calling me and keeping me updated. They even called me to check on her for a couple of days after i took her home. “Dr. Jones at PETSURG is truly a find. She is so calm, thorough and patient and her expertise in so many areas is beyond helpful. We live quite close to her hospital as two of our cats have significant health issues. So, just knowing that her hospital is very close by brings us tremendous comfort since she is open 24/7. Her prices are quite a bit less than other veterinary emergency hospitals in San Diego that we've been to when we lived in other areas. “I highly recommend giving this place a try for your pets! They treat your pet (in my case English Bulldog) like family. I took my dog here for major surgery and they charged me $1800, where elsewhere it was $8,000. Nobody likes paying for untimely hospital vet bills, but I'd rather pay them here!”
